Take the Belt Parkway to exit 17S – Cross Bay Blvd. through Howard Beach continue over 2 bridges second bridge (Cross Bay, toll). Take Route 900J/New York towards Beach 95^th St. Turn left onto Shore Front Pkwy. At the traffic circle, take the 1^st exit onto Beach Front Rd. Turn left onto Beach 67^th St. Take the 2^nd left onto Rockaway Beach Blvd. The sales office will be on the right.

Coming from New Jersey, Staten Island:
