2011-12-30 / Community More than 100 residents of Arverne by the Sea gathered at the Knights of Columbus for their third annual holiday party. Residents enjoyed great food, door prizes and dancing the night away to tunes played by DJ Mouse. Santa Clause even paid a surprise visit.

Racanelli Construction to build YMCA in Queens
