A group of students from Scandinavia studying urban planning met with officials from Averne by the Sea last week after they had read about the massive urban renewal project taking place in the Rockaways. Arverne by the Sea CEO Gerard Romski and other Arverne by the Sea officials provided them with a tour and were asked questions by the students regarding the development.
